Safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of each client's information is of the utmost importance to Zions Bank, Provider Pay and P5, Inc. We train our employees on an ongoing basis to adhere to strict policies regarding client privacy.

ProviderPay collects, retains, and uses information about clients only when it is useful and lawful for our standard business purposes. We attempt to obtain and record accurate and current information when your client relationship is established. We also make all reasonable attempts to keep this information current as you notify us of changes.

If ProviderPay uses a third party vendor or service company, including affiliates, to prepare account documentation or otherwise service your accounts, we will make reasonable efforts to verify the third party has at least the same level of client privacy standards as ProviderPay.

ProviderPay will disclose information to unaffiliated third parties about your credit, your account, and the transactions made under any one of the following conditions:

  1. When it is necessary for completing a transaction initiated by you.
  2. To verify the existence and condition of the account or loan from reputable information reporting agencies.
  3. In order to comply with a government agency, court order, or regulatory examination.
  4. When you give ProviderPay, Zions Bank or P5, Inc. permission.

ProviderPay will disclose information to its affiliate companies about your credit, your account, and the transactions made.

Internet Security

Secure Server: For your protection, ProviderPay's Internet server requires you to use a forms-capable browser such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft's Internet Explorer. When your browser communicates with our server, the application information is encrypted for security while traveling over the Internet.

Internet Client ID & Secret Passcode: ProviderPay uses a unique Internet Client ID which will serve as your identification when using our account information services. In addition to your Internet Client ID, we require the use of a Secret Passcode which you can change at your convenience. Together, these two unique pieces of information provide you on-line protection and enable you to view your account information quickly, easily and safely.

Final Note: Please keep your ProviderPay Internet Client ID and Secret Passcode in a secure place. If you feel either may have been lost or compromised, please notify ProviderPay Customer Service immediately at 1-877-540-4748.
